Terms Of Service
What I Will and Won't Draw:
Will:
Furries, Humans, Monsters, Fanart, Candy/Simplified Gore, Abstract/Patterns, Plants, Suggestive Poses/Pinups, Artistic Nudity.Maybe:
More Suggestive Poses (accented genitalia), Machinery, Cars, Complex Backgrounds, (ask, if I'm uncomfortable with drawing it I'll let you know)Won't:
Nonconsensual NSFW, Fetish Art, Underage NSFW of any kind, or Anything Hateful (ie. Anti-semitism, Racism, etc.)

Payment:
I accept payment through PayPal or Ko-fi (there's a donate button for now, but I will soon have the commissions section fleshed out). For PayPal I will send you a money request. If I have an issue I may ask you to send the money to me instead or to use Ko-fi.

Queue:
My current commission queue will be posted to my Trello. I will ensure that a link is in my Linktree and is always accessible.

Making Changes:
Small changes are no cost, regardless of the stage I'm in. These include: missing markings, wrong eye color, small details incorrect, jewelry or other accessories that are missing, etc. (I will even do these with a finished piece)
Big changes are okay at the sketch stage, but I will not do them once I get further along. If you find something wrong with the finished piece I may be willing to change it for an additional fee.

Watermark/Posting:
All finished pieces will have my watermark on them to credit me as the maker of the artwork. You may ask for a watermark free one for personal use, but please don't use it when posting.
If posting my art, I'd prefer to be credited in the actual body of the post as well! A preference, but I'd love it a lot if you can!

Detailed Backgrounds:
Most will be the same as an extra character, +50% of the commission price. I hold the right to increase it all the way to +100% depending on complexity. If you feel I'm charging too much we can discuss further and come to a price that's more agreeable. These are the only prices that are debatable since I'm still learning how to price my backgrounds.

Refunds:
If I have only started the sketch and haven't started on the lineart yet, I will offer a full refund. If I have started on the lineart I will only give an 80% refund. Any further and the refund drops to 50%
If the piece is done I will not offer a refund. I will not issue a refund for my wasted time.
If you ask for a refund do not charge back the money, I will send it to you!

WIPs:
I will provide a WIP at a few steps: the sketch, linework and flat color. If you want additional WIP pictures be sure to ask for them early as I won't be able to provide them after I've completed a stage.
If you see any flaws be sure to tell me and I can fix them, that's what the WIPs are for.

Turnaround Time:
As it stands currently, I can usually get a piece done in 1 or 2 days, but depending on the piece and my schedule could take up to a week or 2. I will give an estimate, but I may go over this estimate.

Age restriction:
You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me or buy adopts/etc. (with money).
This means I will accept art trades or character offers for commissions.
By commissioning me or buying from me, you confirm that this is your legal age. If a customer has lied about being 18 or older and the commission has been started, if the parent comes to me about a refund I will pay the full amount, regardless of stage.

Special Circumstances:
•If a Commissioner Stops Replying:
I will send a message asking "Please respond or I will cancel your commission" 7 days after the last message sent (this will be counted as the last message sent to them from the source they gave as primary contact method). If they do not answer I will give them a refund for the percentage based on where I am in the process and they will be put on my Blacklist. It will be possible to be taken off the blacklist if you give a solid reason for not responding to me. But I do not take it lightly when my time and effort is wasted.
•If I Have an Issue Arise:
If it is something that crops up in my life where I believe I am unable to complete the commission in a reasonable time I will first ask the commissioner if they would be fine waiting (I will give a broad estimate at this time). If they answer no I will give them a refund based on where I'm at in the process and the artwork as is.
•Art File is Corrupted/Lost:
I will start with the last WIP given to the commissioner and go from there. I will give an updated time estimate since it will put me back a bit.

Tolerance:
I will not accept anyone claiming credit to anything I have made, nor will I accept the stealing of my characters or other designs. If I catch you doing either just know a beware will be made about you and you will be put on my Blacklist.☆My Blacklist is visible on my Commission Carrd and my Trello☆
